  • GH and sleeping

Been on 2iu's ED, 5 on 2 off. I have been on it for a month now and other than a little numbness and joint pain the only real side I have is SLEEPING. I'm not one to sleep much, 6-8 hours on good days but since being on I feel like I can't wake up, I can close my eyes and take a nap anywhere. Any suggestions? I always thought GH was supposed to make you feel more energetic, hence the 80 year old man jogging on the beach with women half his age scenario (LMAO)!

Yeah, it did that to me too. It slowly started to get better and then when I jumped to 5 IU's the sleepiness went away. However, yesterday I did the whoel 5 inthe morning and got tired and took a nap. But, my hand didn't bother me while I was sleeping so that good. I'm sure I'm get used to it and so I guess i'm going to have to jsut take it once a day. The hand stuff waking me up at night was aweful.

The best way I found to combat day time sleepiness is to get up at 3 hours before you are supposed to get up and take your first shot. I usually have to piss anyways at 4am so I get up then and take my shot and go back to bed to 8 or so. Works fine for me and I dont feel as tired all day like I did when I took it at 10am.

6p6- That is a theory that it will shut you down but if you are running GH at a significant dose you are shutdown already for the most part. I have seen some protocols that guys shoot b4 bed to avoid the sides when doing doses 10iu+...I would be tired all day if I shot 5iu 2x per day during the day, so its a double edge sword really. The natural that you are producing is minimul compared to what we are taking in. So its either deal with the sides or shoot at unconventional times...I prefer to shoot EARLY am and later in the evening...Find thats the way that works best for me and wont shut me down at night IF THAT is actually the case. I have talked to guys on HRT and they were told to shoot before bed, but they are also older and are on HRT because there body doesnt produce GH like younger guys do, so there is no shutdown going on. Age and dose are factors in that theory.

thx corrodo, I have tried your early morning example a couple of times and it made a difference problem is staying consistant with that protocol due to my wacky sleep schedule.
