headache

...are headache's normal with GH use? I get a mild headache about two hours after dosing and sleeping becomes priority number one. That normal, I'm only on 2iu 5on2off?

I didn't get the headaches but I got the sleepiness though. The funny thing is, I don't get the sleepiness anymore. I started with 3 IUS and the first few weeks I literally could have just laid down and sleep about 2 hours after the morning dose. Now, I'm up to 5 IUS and I'm not getting sleepy anymore but the hand numbness has increased. My right hand goes numb all the time now, but hey, it's better than almost falling asleep while driving. I think the higher dose has given me more energy or something. Just a guess though, this is my first run with it so I'm learning as I go.

You may need more water, I know when I'm not getting enough water I get headaches more often. Just a thought.

You know you may be right...my filter has been down this week so I havnt drank as much water as normal and I increased my caffine since I was tired!

i agree and also how is your eating? not sure if your cutting or not but if so still need eat every two hours i know you probably already know that but just thought i would ad it in

Yeah, I'm bad about caffiene when tired so I try to alternate water and caffiene to make sure I still get my water. I usually get most my water at night when I'm sitting in front of the TV or reading or whatever I'm doing at night. That's when I'm just chillin, so I keep filling up these liter (well, it's like .96 liters) cups over and over. I make sure I get a gallon + everyday because when I don't, I get headaches and I compensate the water with soda or tea and my urine gets' darker from the lack of water. Also, I live in Colorado so with the high altitude (6,600 feet above sea level) and the dry climate I MUST have more water than the same person doing the same thing at sea level in a more humid climate.

you know I will look into that too because Ive been just hitting my dosing in the am and I rarely can eat breakfast. I usually hit my morning shake first thing but cant eat for several hours...maybe thats a factor too. Thx bro

Yeah, I got the stomach quiziness too but that too went away about the same time the sleepiness went away. It was about three weeks in that both of those symptoms got better. Even with the higher dose, I'm not getting those symptons anymore. Damn, now I wonder if I'm doing something wrong....or maybe I just got used to it. I know the hand numbness is more porfound now than it was so that side didn't go away.

i have gotten headaches from IGF but usually not from GH. It could be the increase you are getting of the IGF created by the GH but seems unlikely due to the dose you are using. Keep us posted, I am always curious to hear about peoples different reactions to GH...

bumped it up an IU today and headache wasnt as bad? water and food all on par so it had to be the dosing....what causes that?

all i have experienced is EXTREME numbness in the middle of the night in my arms and hands. It will wake me out of a sound sleep. Im running 5 iu's of GH a day and 100mcgs of igf as well ED...
