IGF scheduling

I will be on a 15 weeks comp prep cycle soon. Is it better to use IGF during the first half of the cycle or the last weeks of the cycle. OR can I do first 4 weeks, rest 4 weeks and then use IGF again during last 4 weeks of cycle?

thanks for the advice.Probably 4 weeks at the beginning and end becos
the research indicates that IGF becomes ineffective after 30 days of use.
