Goals
Reduce body fat to less than 10%
Be at approximately 210 lbs. when done
Keep nearly all gains made
HGH - weeks 1-20 2iu per day (Jino)
prop - weeks 4-14 100mg per day
From what I have heard HGH takes about 7 weeks to start seeing effects. From my experience prop takes about 3 weeks to start noticing effects. By starting the prop in week 4 it will allow the prop and HGH to start working around the same time.
As for PCT, do you think doing Pheedno's PCT protocol along with 6 weeks of HGH post cycle is enough to allow me to keep most of my gains.
I have a really hard time keeping gains when coming off cycle even when following Pheedno's PCT protocol. I am hoping the HGH will reduce my body fat and allow me to keep the gains made while on prop.
Would it be wise to add tren to this cycle? I have done tren about three times before and have had relatively good results with it. I just hate the night sweats and insomnia.
