the glycine works synergistically with the NAC to help your body create more glutathione. Anyway, the injectable is the best but the oral supplementation of the "glyNAC" is very good and maintains a great level of strong antioxidant/anti inflammatory actions in the body including passing the blood brain barrier and helping slow or stop neuro degenerative diseases on top of the liver detox.

jipped i use a 30g slin pin for mine. pretty much painless. i am running some nad + methyl blue and trizip right now. i had labs done after 3 wks and all my inflammation markers were well within range glucose dropped to 88 and kidney values are the best they have been in years. my kidney values are never horrible but they do tick up as big as i am but they were excellent this round with these additions. i was kind of curious how well the combo would work with me pushing hard heavy training and 6-800g of carbs per day along with a cheat weekly. so far i am impressed and staying pretty damn lean as wellTGBSupplements REP

Thanks guns sdoundsd like you are doing good with it. I did increase my dose to 400mg a day, I couldn't take the hunger and thirst. The hunger was so bad I ate about 6 oz peanut butter right from the jar. I dropped back down to 200mg ED. Here isd what I have noticed both good and bad. Sleep is much deeper and better until the leg cramps wakes me (I never used to get leg cramps). The dry skin on my face gone. Weight has gone down about 1lb a day or more (even with the 1 time peanut butter binge) The hardness in ab area under my skin (I will call it bloat for lack of better term) is softer. Here it is both good of bad

The compound has settlen in and doing its job. My sweet spot is 200mg IM ED. Big changes at first but once settled in, it seems to allow the body to heal itself. If you guys have any question feel free to ask. Not going to answer as an expert because I am not just going to answer based on experience.
