Beware the gurus on this stuff...these glp-1 are very unique and individual.
Semaglutide is the ONLY GLP-1 Agonist injectable (there are some oral versions popping up...Eli Lilly calls their's Orforglipron). Semaglutide has been around for a LONG time for diabetics...but it has been hidden from the public for the most part AND due to the side affects it can be demonized. What do I mean? This little genius peptide will stop your trash eating REAL fast or fully prepare for MASSIVE gastric issues. These run the full range but at a minimum if you don't keep up on your H20, magnesium supplements, and be prepared to use magnesium dioxide or some other laxative. Semaglutide causes a slowing of your gastric emptying. This will cause bloating and back up and some actually will initially put on weight...that was me...put on about 7 pounds even though I was micro dosing. The bloat severity had me probably in the 20% of Semaglutide users that get forced to quit because that unchecked can cause some serious issues... I powered through and got it under control.
It is really easy to think of Sema as just an appetite suppressor. In that category I have NEVER experienced anything like it. Even at micro dosing levels that would make these "practicers of medicine" i.e. doctors scoff.
Sema is doing so much more...resetting metabolic markers throughout your body. One way to look at it is, over the past 70-80 years the powers that be have slowly led us to where we are today. To be sick and feeble and need to beg for their pills and potions.
I would suggest reading some of Jay Campbell's stuff on glp-1. I used to have a lot more respect for Jay but he's gotten very, very weird lately. Sort of hitting that spot where the Bible talks about all the things that will happen in the end times...Jay fits in that category of self anointing himself as a messiah...a false messiah in some fourth dimensional mumbo-jumbo. That said he does have a lot of good work on GLP-1.
I'd also listen to Dr. Tyna's podcasts on GLP-1. She's out of Oregon and has led the charge in her profession when all others condemn her beliefs on the things glp-1 can fix. Well a lot of what she's said has come full circle and true.
I'd look up Hunter Williams youtube channel on peptides. You guys remember Fozie from the muppets? Ya he sort of looks like that, especially when he has his blue light blocking glasses on. The only thing I don't really agree with him on is the need, if micro dosing, to get off Sema at 12 weeks...I think the body tells you when it's had enough. With all the new ones coming out you can keep Sema low and stack these for incredible results. I think this is tip of the ice berg really.
I will say this also, this isn't a cake walk. Your body is not going to like this...You will be reminded with everything you can NOT eat...trust me.
