Sermorelin/Ipamorelin vs Ibutamorin

Tried both. I have to give the edge to MK677. A little more water retention, perhaps even a little prolactin elevation, but good strength and muscle fullness. And my Serm/Ipa was pharmaceutical. AND, I was only on 10 mg MK a day. I might try Ipamorelin alone, as I hear it causes no prolactin increase,

I have used MK677 and it works for sure. I was very lethargic while on so I stopped.

doc scott stevenson has a great video on youtube with research and labs showing tht mk stops working completely at 7 days. it peaks around the 3-4 day mark and then does nothing after 7 days. his suggestion was to either ditch it and go with gh or to cycle it with a week on 2 weeks off or alternated day dosing. very few people in the industry as smart as doc scott

Really?! I will definitely need to check that out. I can definitely say I do see a point of diminishing returns with it, but didn’t think it was that fast.

That’s 100% true factoid there! Hence why many utilize it for 10 day cycles with 20 off. I’ve even seen research showing using a 10on 10off stops working around cycle 3-4.

It is def an effective supp and def something to consider for a few runs after gh. That being said if you have any inflammation issues the mk is a massive cortisol influencer. Many pep experts say it’s garbage for the body recomp market but good for bulking if not cortisol issues.

Also I used Sermorelin fairly often in 2020-21…it’s touted highly to senior citizens and has gh worthy advertising but let me tell you for 80% of the population it is trash, waste of money. On top of that now they say it shuts down natural gh production badly and they are using mk to “recover” when off.

The true clear choice in my humble opinion if ipamorelin. It does not hinder gh production natural flow and other pituitary functions. It also pairs extremely well with CJC.

The down side is needing 90 minutes of no food intake before shots. For some that is easy my schedule it is not. Almost always have to take mine in morning if I get sleep…some say cycle off of the combo but it can be used year round in my opinion.

I’ve never experienced a side effect. I’ve used morning time and some say they get tired after shot. That hasn’t happened to me. I’ve used pre and post workout in the past for a nice pulse.

The worst part is timing!

It has also had enough testing that it can be packaged in the same bottle now. Since dosing is almost exact between peps it’s very easy.

I know at least two very highly regarded pep companies have it in a combo bottle.
