Some folk say inject near the injury site. I used TB500 subQ and after a month I felt way better. I did not have a major tear or anything. But I think the answer is "it should help". It may not repair the tear but it will bring down inflammation and help heal and strengthen the area. With PT and not lifting so it can heal I am pretty sure it will help.
I use a 25ga insulin pin and I pre-load a weeks worth and keep them in the fridge with the vial. Sub Q to the stomach area is where I do it.
If you have a major tear then surgery is all that will help. If it is minor like my knee, it has done me wonders WITH THE PT which I do every day without fail to strengthen what connective tissue is left and it helps.

tb didnt do dick for me but i have had great success with bpc. so much so that i keep it in daily for inflammation and wear and tear. the dosing on bpc is anywhere from 6-900 for the first week or so then down to 2-300 for the duration. it can be injected near the site or sub q like jipped does or even drank. from what i read it doesnt need to be injected near the spite of the injury to work. some swear by the bpc tb combo but for me i found that the bpc was more than enough. you can also use low dose gh to help heal up tendons as well. 2-3ius will help out a ton.
Awesome. Thanks!
Ok, Im going to order some BPC.
If I combine the TB with Bpc, do you mix the two in a vial or shoot each one separate?
The surgeon said I need surgery but I was able to get it healed to the point I could do weighted dips and dumbell bench. Then last week I reinjured it throwing a big door with one hand onto a bonfire. I felt my shoulder buckle and the pain was extreme. Havent worked out in over a week but I think it is improving and surgery is absolutely not an option as I can not miss work under any circumstances. I am able to do my job, which is damn physical, but at times it hurts like hell.
Damn, this morning, just walking makes this shoulder throb. This is the first injury Ive had in years that made it impossible to train. I had to take 2 aleve and 3 tylenol. I hate having to use that shit.
I never thought I would need any of those peptides until this . Now I am going to order some today.
I might as well get them both although if I take them both then I wont know which one is working or if maybe both will be working. At this point, I have to try this.
