put 1ml in and go to 10iu on the slin pin. once you get to your desired tanness then go to eod or e3d. if you can tolerate the 10iu you can creep it up but i wouldnt. the nausea and flushing i got from going to high was brutal. i say stick to a super low dose and not suffer, it will work regardlessTGBSupplements REP

I put 2ml in a bottle and I pull 10 ticks. And I take it before bed so I'm not walking around looking like a red pepper with a stiff dick
