I have been putting 750 mcg in my bicep with a slin pin before the gym to help speed the recovery of an injury. I have not found anything substantial that says one time of day or pre, post wo is better. Do you think timing makes a difference when taking BPC 157? Do you think it would beneficial to split the daily dose?

I honestly don't think it matters what time you take it but I would split it into two doses what matters is that it gets to the muscles tendons ligaments or whatnot that is needing to be repaired there are a few studies that say site injections are not necessary but from my personal use site injections helped substantially more than canning Sub-Q on my stomach
