Ok i am on week 15 of a cycle. Now i donated week 2 and week 15 i was to high to donate.
I was running
Test 600
Eq 600
Deca 400
I dropped the eq but want to run 5 to 8 more weeks test and deca.
Now is the 21.5 gonna kill me in 5 to 8 by going up more without the eq???
that is pretty high man. question. do mosquitoes bit you more than other people? Mine is about 17 and I get bit like crazy while my out of shape counterparts are unmolested by these horrible pests.

That's what I thought when I stopped EQ 9 months ago its just not the EQ its the test as well.I reduced everything and my RBC. HEMOBLOBIN and HEMATOCRIT hasn't gone done any and I lowered my dosage so try giving blood 2x a week for a month and then see. If it doesn't go down that's where it will stay unless you completely go off and then see whats it like in a year with continuing to give blood every week. You will need a script to do this

It was only 1.5 over there limit so i was hoping it was not that high. Another member told me they were at 51 and came off. The guy at red cross said i needed blood therapy to fix this....

haha no you dont. you have to let the eq clear and you should come down to were they will let you donate regularly. once you are down clear it out and then it should stay in range after you donate.
i wonder what the red cross people would tell one of these athlete's that blood dopes or uses epo. they would shit their pants

you are not at the point of oh sweet baby jesus you are going to fall over dead but you are outside of optimum range. if you were at 50 and it is over half way down then you are on your way back to close to optimum. i bet your cardio is pretty good though or it could be

I am betting that it was his hematocrit that was 51, not the hemoglobin. Hemoglobin, rbc, and hematocrit are all different levels that get checked. , and all 3 have different ranges. Regardless, your hemoglobin was just over the high range of normal but still something to be cautious about.
