I was gonna post this on the DIET board but figured since Im on Prop, EQ, winny, T3, and ECA that I would post it here. As of right now I am currently 215 and a little under 9% BF and still trying to get lower over the next 5 weeks until pics. Heres the ? I love DETOUR bars and some other bars, but I have cut out all snacks like this. I am starting to go crazy though, I havent had a cheat meal or even a cheat bite in over 7 weeks. I am wondering if i could sneak something like a detour bar in post workout. Right now my post workout is 75g dextrose and 75g Isopure protein. I have also been wondering if maybe something like a handful of skittles would negatively affect my diet.
