their is absolutely positively no way on earth i would pin a hammy. way to many important nerves floating around in there to run the risk. plus that's a super sensitive area to be messing with

I cant imagine doing a hamstring...I did a calf ONCE and for 3 days felt like someone hit me with a sledgehammer..

Pain does not scare me. I have tried calves 3 times over 10 yrs each time i got cellulitis and needed antibiotics to clear up. Luckily i learned this before ever getting a tattoo on my calf. I have pinned the my brachioradialis i couple of times with about 1cc but honestly not worth it going throw all those tendons and shit. The hamstring specially the biceps femoris is what i would aim for.

I've always heard the same thing about the hamstrings !!!
I'm just not even going to think about pinning that area whatsoever !!!
