This has worked to almost flatten an oil build up lump of 5cc's in my outer bicep 4 hrs post injection. 2 hrs with a heated electric blanket or hot water bottle and massage the lump every 20-30 mins and all the oil is dispersed. That's it. I hope this helps someone.

I ALWAYS RUN THE SYRINGE UNDER HOT WATER FIRST...IT HELP DISPERSE IT ONCE ITS INJECTED PLUS IT FLOWS THROUGH THE NEEDLE A LITTLE MORE EASILY.

Heating pad has worked wonders for me too. I occasionally have to do my injections late at night which has me going to bed shortly after. Those usually get sore the next morning. Take a hot shower, massage the area, throw in the heating pad for a little bit and all good to go.Train Till Your Eyes Bleed!

I think it's a ritual most of us follow. Its something that has been tried , tested , and proven thru Us on what's the best scenario for our pinning protocol !!!
I even have a certain way I lay out all the things I need when I pin lol . I have the rubbing alcohol in one spot , the vials all lined up perfect , the pins in their own spot , and of course my phone or tablet there so I can watch or listen to something while I'm doing the deed !!!
It's funny , if everything isn't where it's supposed to be , then I'll OCD it there . Only way I can begin !!!Comment

I nuke a cup of water then put my bottle in it for a while before I inject. Still hurts like hell for the next couple of days though.Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.

I always heat oil before pinning. And if a lump doesn't disperse then a good kneading usually takes care of it....But, 5 cc's? Holy Hell man I don't think I ever put that amount anywhere ever..lol...Damn!PAIN DON'T HURTComment
