NPP comes in 100 mg/ml, why doesn't it come any stronger?

The reason it is 100 mg per ml is because it is harder to brew at a higher mg however there is some smart guys out there that know what they're doing and can Brew some crazy shit. A friend of mine gave me some test e 500mg, and it is smooth as butter...
