    Hey Guys,

    Im starting Test/Deca this week and I wanted to know what a solid dose would be? Ive been reading that 300-400mg a week is what most use.

    Im really looking forward to the joint benefits of this stuff.

    Another question I had was in regards to the pain in my left arm. I had a tendon "pop" in the spring of last year and the pain hasnt gone away. I cant curl heavy weight any longer and i feel i may need surgery.

    What kind of specialist or doctor should I go see for this?

    A orthopedic Doc your going to need a MRI if ya haven't got one yet.And for the purpose pf using deca fbuilding 3-400mg yeah is ok .You will get the relief of the join pain and some size as well. Hicktown not sure your age but the older we are Deca kills the old wiener hard on so if your just wanting Deca for joint reason I would even go lower

      400-800, I always choose 600.. 300 is good for joint relief but I would t expect much size from it. Good luck...

        My dick turned into a limp noodle on 400 per week, not worth it for me! And it stays in your system a long time. Have cialis ready!

          i would have opted for npp for the first run to see how you respond to nano. just like already pointed out it is going to take forever to clear if you have issues. i dont give two flying fucks what anyone says 50mg of deca a week will help with your joints. not going to see any real gains from it but it will damn sure keep your joints lubed up. now as for the tendon. you shouldnt have put that off for so long man. sometimes when you wait the scare tissue will and can build up so bad that it is damn near impossible to fix the damage. then when they do go in the area is just as messed up as it was to start. hopefully you didnt wreck your distal tendon and if it was a full tendon rupture your bicep would have rolled up and you would have a hole. i have known a number of people with that injury both from the gym and out and it is a nasty one. that area is where all the strength in your arm comes from also, so it is a pretty important area to fix

            I have done both and by far I like NPP. NPP at 300 mg per week in 3 pins is great. Like Guns said it clears fast if you do not like the sides

              thanks guys, Yea im going to hold off on the deca then. I finished some test/tren about 3/4 months ago and it knocked my dick down pretty hard and i didnt have any cialis and it wasnt any fun. Ill just run some tbol with test and go from there.

              I didnt have any substantial pain in this area until these last two months, ill make an appt. to see an orthopedic doc very soon. I just made a chiro appt for this week!

                This is just me but I would get the imagery from the ortho surgeon before chiro adjustment. However, be weary of ortho surgeons. I have dumped a few a long the way for being knife happy. The ones I like are conservative. So in other words second opinions and all that.

                Deca is tricky with me. Starting out I get pain relief but the added weight from deca gains and increased strength can cause a back fire on joint pain.

                  i have never gone over 100 mg a week. i believe it has helped greatly with my shoulder recovery. i have not had peter problems yet, if they were to happen i would deffinatly change some things up...
