I would stay on the safe side. I believe our bodies are continuously changing. I can get on a cycle I had Donee previously with great results. And this time nothing or vice versa
Thanks guns. I wonder how much the estrogen is affecting my muscle hardness right now and that maybe I will see more definition once I start the AI...
off set estro with it being to high can have a serious impact on hardenss and lean appearance man. if you keep a close enough eye on your weight you can tell. a 3 or 4lb gain over night can indicate that your holding water which essentially is what estro is going to do short term. the trade off with estro and blocking or crushing it is it can almost have the same effect or worse. joint pain, sex drive, lack of muscle gains and appearance. the hard part is fining that happy middle ground between test and estro in each individual

I dont have b itch tits, but every now and then I get itchy nipples...In the old days, I would take an anti Estrogen for it, but as Ive gotten older, I never use any anti E...I wonder if maybe I should take something for the itchy nips...
All I am on is about 400 Mg Testosterone a week.
Should I ignore the itchy nips or would you take something?

All be true. its been a pain in the ass finding my sweet spot with adex. When I am using too much my strength goes down too.
It's been a while (years) since i have been on this board and jumped on tonite because i was looking for some answers adn ran across this thread... I know this was posted 7 months ago so obviously late on any reply... BUT, right now i am on a Tren/Test E stack and have been getting the itchy nips but few and far between. I find it funny because i am running a very low dose of Test with my Tren.. I may need to start dropping some Arimidex myself because i have some laying around, but I dont feel that my estrogen is really up. Thoughts anyone?

since you are running tren with the test you cant just toss dex in and hope it is estro related. it could be prolactin causing the issue and dex wont do dick for that. best thing to do when an issue pops up is get some cheap blood work done and then go about fixing it.

Guns is right, adex and asin wont do shit if its prolactin. Those are for estro. the tren notoriously elevates prolactin. I would recommend you get some caber. It will take care of your nips and give ya some wicked wood. Since you alrdy have adex you can use that while you wait til you get some caber if you want. also like guns said without a blood test its difficult for anyone to tell you for sure its estro or prolactin.
Anti P and Anti E for sure. I don't know how the ladies do it, sometimes my nipples will get so hard and my shirt rubbing them makes them sore. God Bless the ladies.

you can any order any and all tests from that place man. you can do full panels or individual specific tests. they also run specials monthly
