Wife going to take me to urgent care. I'm certain none of you have experienced what I'm going through. It's extremely rapid and non stop. It's literally giving me a panic attack.
ya I did ..lasted a few days it was in my shoulder. all three twitched like piano keys. didn't hurt. now the bad news I tore some shit ignored it, it got worse long story short its repaired and im slowly getting stronger again.
hopefully its just spasms of being over worked and some hot tub time and ice will make it happy again

well it would take short breaks and then bam.. I would stop what I was doing and think o shit... then no pain so I would calm down think ok.. I just hit some good weight its just pissed at me..relax. heat and ice calmed it down over a few days then the pain kicked in... me being me did everything but go to the doctor when I gave in and admitted failure is when I found I tore a tendon a bit and bone spurs had set in.. such is life. get it checked for piece of mind.. might be nothing

Yea it's stop and go constant. No pain though. Just twitching
calm down and ice it.. if that fails add some heat.. but don't freak out. i'll save you a doctor visit they will look at you possibly offer you some pill and say x ray and or MRI. if you get it to relax and no pain sets in then your good ... if the pain kicks in then well its gonna get expensive.. my MRI was 800 outta pocket with insurance..OUCH. lets not get into surgery. do some trial and error with it right now. it sounds like its just pist off and contracting but if you cant relax sometimes a doctors reassurance is worth more than gold..

Pissed 25 times today. The twitches have slowed down considerably . Drinking tons of water took some magnesium I got at the store. It'll flare up and fire but the after a few seconds stops. It hasn't stopped for two days. Not even for 5 seconds so this is nice.
They took bloodwork, checking minerals calcium, magnesium etc
