Omg BICEP twitch

Hit chest super hard today and halfway through my day my left BICEP, like really inner BICEP has a major twitch. It is going insane.

Does this ever happen to anyone else? I've never had this before. It's rapid and sporadic, and it's causing me no sleep tonight.

Any ideas?

I have been super fatigued lately as I got sick and spent a couple days in bed.

being low in magnesium can cause twitching to but since it is just in that one spot that is most likely not it. Wouldn't hurt to get some extra electrolytes in you though

you beat me to it. i started supping with mag citrate and it helped incredibly.

Mine do it from time to time I drink extra fluids and it goes away I thinks its dehydration

it's happened to me a many times. shoulder , bicep, tricep you name it, I would stretch it out and relax . never knew about the mag citrate

It's driving me insane. All night long. Drinking a couple electrolyte packets now. It'll stop for a little bit then rapidly come back. It's extremely distracting and literally making me feel crazy haha.

REALLY glad I'm not alone here. I mean I've had slight muscle twitches but they always go quick. This ones just being a pest

I twitch all over but used to it and it is annoying. Glad you have no psin. Try massaging that area

Stretched massaged everything. It's constant. I had a really really intense chest and triceps routine yesterday and it started immediately following that.

Just took 500mg of magnesium. Drinking water.

I'm having my doubts. Laid there in bed for 10 hours straight last night, no sleeping with this. I'm starting to panic, it's making me go mad.

The more anxiety I get the worse it gets I feel. Man i know I sound like I'm spiraling a bit but this is really messing with my mind.
