why am i still losing my hair?

im not sure how suppressed my HPTA axis is. my nuts never shrank. this was my first cycle. by the way, im 29 in case that matters.

granted, the AS is still in my system but it should be in significantly decreased amounts from when i was on, right? so why am i still losing hair at the same rate?

i tried a few topical products like rogaine(it increased my hairloss), spiro, and azelaic acid. they didnt seem to help at all. im going to try the spiro again tonight. i havent tried any other products.

Those topicals are not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about immuno suppresants. They are prescribed for people with skin disorders and in organ transplants.
They stop hair loss by neutralizing white blood cells around your scalp so that they don't attack the hair follicle and you stop losing hair.

If your hair is literally falling off, chances are you will grow it all or most of it back once your hormones normalize. The irreversible hairloss is when the hair becomes thing (due to dht attaching to follicle receptors to the point that white blood cells confuse it with a foreign body and attack it) until you can't see it thus giving the appearance of boldness....

Okay guys here,s the deal. DHT is whats causing your hair to fall out.Your genetics dictate so.DHT is what test converts to, it then chokes off the hair follicle if you are predipositioned to.Proscar keeps DHT from attaching to your hair follicles,i think you shold get some and take as directed for good.This will keep hair on your head.You are losing hair at an accelerated rate because the AS has increased your DHT production,but your going to be bald any way,so if your worried about it the Proscar should halt the process but takes about 6-12 months to see results and you can't stop taking it.
