    I blew out my right knee powerlifting at the age of 23 and ripped a pec at 27 repping 465....You made it much farther than I ever did. You are doing the right thing though. Slow down, time to be a little more vain lol. Its still hella fun! But I do feel where you are coming from.

      Well my PSA went down and my hemoglobin hemocrit have dropped even more points. But now I'm sick as fuk with a flu or something so I'm double pissed

          That is one reason I had to stay away frm EQ , I was always breathing hard and felt lethargic . Better alternatives brother !!! Be good , get better , ur still gonna be a monster !!!
