    Sup guys

I have had red bumps on my back for about 2 months now. The bumps can not be popped they more less just look like red dots. Anyone every seen this b4? Currently on a low cruise at 250 a week of test e. any idea what this could be from?

Could it be under the skin pimples? I get those sometimes and they can't be popped.

From the picture it looks like those pimples you get just under the skin. I get them sometimes and I can feel them when I run my hand over them, but I can't pop them like a regular pimple.

Maybe switch up your soap and/or get one of those back scrubbers to really exfoliate your skin. We have a sponsor here that sells a body wash for bodybuilders, so you could look into that as well.

My first thoughts too, get a good scrubber with a long handle. Scrub your back (when dry). Then after showering, it is good to apply a light moisturizer. Most of the time skin issues are coming from inside the body and out. sometimes it is what you are coming in contact with. Either way try those things and see if they help. We are BIG fans of Bodybuilders Bodywash! Pick some of that up if you want. It works great and you can use it on your hair too.

Body builder scrub.....it has walnuts in it I believe..but it works great!
Change up ur soap.....or proactive has a body wash that a few of my friends use all the time...with great clear skin results.....also a tanning bed every now and than will help also!

I've been trying a sugar scrub and my girlfriend has been whipping my back down everynight with some alcohol type cleaner and it's gotten a little better but not much

get some tea tree oil or a bar of tea tree soap. The BBBW has tea tree in it too.

Jofo we will never ever laugh brother and I get some of those red bumps and if they do pop blood just comes out.I really don't get acne anymore but occasionly I get a few that pop up and they don't want to pop. so keep scrubbing taking a shower 2x a day changing your shirts if you sweat.

Thank you all! And that's how they are if I try and pop it's just blood and the ones that look like they can pop are so hard to pop.
