Most of us know what priming for a cycle is so I am not going to rehash the theory, I just want to pose a question. After the priming phase is complete and we have done the work necessary for our bodies to make the most of the next cycle, does it make sense to use a long ester? The window for our bodies to adapt to the added carbs, cals, and stress from more workouts is about 5-6 weeks. That time frame is only a couple weeks longer than it takes for long esters to build up in our systems. I know as soon as you inject it's in your system and starts working but we also know that it takes a few weeks for the long ester compound to reach saturation. Are we missing the window for priming by using long esters?
A couple thoughts I had were,
A. Front load the longer esters
B. Use short esters in conjunction with long esters
C.Use short esters only
I would love to hear some feed back on this.
