Re: Long Cycle Recovery Blues..
yeah man, that's straight up out of the anabolic ref guide. so it is an actual medical journal. i think it is cool that some people can use it for actual fertility in low doses for short term.

Re: Long Cycle Recovery Blues..
Good info! Thank you for that.Originally posted by guns01 View Postoldschool, i can tell you that i did learn something today though and i went and did just a little more digging and pulled this from the anaboic ref guide:
Side Effects (Testosterone Suppression):
\
Mesterolone has a very weak suppressive effect o~ gonadotropins and serum testosterone. Studies show that when given in moderate doses (150 mg per day or less),
significant suppression of testosterone levels does not occur/12 In studies with higher doses (300 mg per day and above), the agent strongly suppressed serum testosterone/13
The above side effects are not inclusive. For more detailed discussion ofpotential side effects, see the AAS Side Effects section ofthis book.
Administration (Men):
To treat androgen insufficiency, mesterolone is usually given in a dose of 1 tablet (25 mg) three times per day at the initiation of therapy. The drug is later continued at a lower maintenance dose, which usually consists of taking 1 tablet (25 mg) one to two times per day. Similar doses are used to support male fertility, usually in conjunction with other fertility drugs like injectable FSH. The usual dosage among male athletes is between 50 mg and 150 mg of mesterolone per day, or two to six 25 mg tablets. The drug is typically taken in cycles of 6-12 weeks in length, which is usually a sufficient period of time to notice the benefits of drug therapy.
even though it is mildly surpressive it is still surpressive. but hey one could use it in a bridge like you suggest at around 25mg and still be only super mildly surpressed. i wouldnt do that myself but as pointed out you could do so

Re: Long Cycle Recovery Blues..
What did u do for pct? Research Chems or ugl/pharm grade meds?Originally posted by slamshaft View PostI hear your pain man. I'm 29 and the last one I came off it took me a good 3 months before I was feeling back to normal on all fronts. Like everyone said, keep you diet and training in check and just do your best to maintain. I'm considering TRT at this point bc pct didn't seem to do anything. Best of luck boss!
How long? Did u get labs 1 month after u finished pct to see where u are at?

Re: Long Cycle Recovery Blues..
good read and info. i dont whole completely agree with it because proviron even at a low dose is still anabolic and you are still taking something. that being said, my whole point behind what i am saying is, if you are coming off to bounce back and clean out, then come off, dont take any aas whatsoever and allow your body to recoup and recover. but again on the other hand i may take 25mg and may not experience the same results as you do. good info though for real but i am still going to lean toward coming off completely if that is the path you are venturing onto. i dont do that myself but to each their ownOriginally posted by Oldschooliron69 View PostNot sure if this link will work if you aren't on that forum. There is a few posts by xyz and heavyiron from pubmed.gov showing proviron is not supressive to hpta according the the info shown. The time I tried it my labs showed my pct went well. It really helped mood and libido stay strong whole pct.
Interesting read !

Re: Long Cycle Recovery Blues..
With primo and var I agree and studies show its supressive. To take enough of them to "help" at all is enough to shut down hpta so counter productive.Originally posted by hicktown View PostThanks oldschool, Ill atleast read the articles, but you gotta think every form of AAs out there whether its oil or tablet is going to shut you down no matter what. Im interested in what guns says.
I get your train of though I do. Just passing on my experience with it.
I don't pct anymore. Had all the kids I want.
Clomid works amazing for me. Doesn't make me cry lol.
Best of luck to you!

Re: Long Cycle Recovery Blues..
I've known Matt (dsade on most forums) for quite a while and he's the formulator -- great guy. Anything he puts out is unique or otherwise he won't do it (e.g. no formulas that are just copies of what you'll see from every other company).Originally posted by hicktown View PostI just spent about an hour reading/re-reading that thread, pretty good stuff there.
Hey thanks midwest, ill check those two supplements. I dont use any supplements so those may be beneficial to me.

Re: Long Cycle Recovery Blues..
Whenever you get labs back, update this if you don't mind -- I'd love to hear how it's gone for you.
As an FYI, even without any cycling, my test levels were around 550 at age 25, but I was able to make plenty of gains in the gym (recurring theme here is we're all different lol). But I ran a clomid-only protocol and brough it up to over 1,000 (also brought E2 up at about the same ratio, but wasn't high OOR; just higher than it had been). Sucks it gives you sides because it was great to me.
Anyhow, the motivation is definitely the hardest part I think. If you're on HGH that should definitely help. As weird as it is, if you're looking for something to help, we now carry EvoMuse's MyoSynergy Elite and BMP. I highly suggest the first, but the combo is one some people have really been liking. OG MyoSynergy was released over a year ago and I've been on it pretty much indefinitely since then and my muscles are always fuller because of it. I'm actually planning on switching over to Elite as soon as I run out of my OG stock in another 2 months or so and plan to stack it with BMP. Just as an FYI, this is what one guy said today of the stack:
and another I happened to re-read while skimming for the first:Originally posted by BigGame84I've been on the Myo Elite/ BMP stack for about 3 months now and this literally feels like a mild ph cycle without the sides. Muscles look full, vascularity is similar to when I ran a Trest cycle over the summer. VERY impressed and don't plan on taking a break on this stack.
...and this one too lol:Originally posted by Lunarisx7181 month of Myoelite & BMP down. Just began the 2nd bottles of each. One thing that is glaringly obviously is the extra endurance during workouts. It is almost like I CAN"T get tired. Last night I managed a set of 20 rep squats and although the set was hard, it didn't completely destroy me like I thought it would.
Anyway, not sitting here trying to pedal stuff at you; just wanted to offer it up as a suggestion since some compare it to the feeling of a mild PH cycle when it comes to the muscle fullness and vascularity (in addition to the libido enhancement).Originally posted by GiftedNattyInteresting(to me atleast) that on MyoE/BMP my erection is noticiblely bigger and sex drive is insane. Also my endurance and recovery is through the roof.
Best of luck, brother!
