How many of you guys donate blood while on cycle or while on EQ?

I did when I was on. The lady told me they get alot of trt people . Fill some paper work they cyeck your iron I tbink and your GTG.

Fuzo used to do it twice a week but he hasn't in awhile.

I do even off cycle, bc my iron gets too high. Besides it could save someones life.

on cycle i donate every 8 weeks, if i don't my blood turns into peanut butter , too many red blood cells

It depends n which type of donation you go with. If you donate regular whole blood its about every 2 months is as often as you can go, and if you donate double red blood cells its twice as long but they return your plasma back into your body and you feel better faster.

Ya I was thinking of going with the double red blood cell. Iv never done it before, hope I don't get sick lol. It's prolly like getting a tattoo if I eat right before I should be good correct?

Yea just eat good some time before you go. Its not bad at all for me, I always lift the day after. They will give you stuff to eat and drink after if you feel bad. If you are on cycle it raises alot of guys iron level and if its too high they will reject you and make you go to a doctor. So dont wait too long or you will have to make doc. appointments for it.

Fuzo was seeing a hematologist and he had him giving a punt 2 x a week

I tried this..I hated it sooooo bad not only was it a long ass time but felt like cold water being pumped back into me. I was loosing it after a time with that cold input feeling and the nurse knew it ..lol. needless to say whole blood or no blood for me. Its the oddest feeling forsure

I donate every 56 days, the min time between donations that is allowable. The blood bank told me they have an urgent need for my blood type - they even called me on day 56 once to beg me to come in and give.

If I do not give blood often enough, I know it because I get bounding pulse. I have it all the time normally, though it is light, but when I need to give blood my body literally shakes slightly with each pulse.

I did not know until recently that most people cannot feel or hear their own heartbeat. I have always heard and felt it, my entire life. It sooths me, tells me I am alive...the rhythmic sound of life which I can hear all the time.

I remember donating plasma regularly & that cold feeling was awfully intense. My iron levels are high too so I need to find a place around here to donate. Local health departments in many areas, I believe, can point you in the right direction.
