Blast are for people on TRT like yourself. Once or twice a year they run a higher then usual amount and then go back to their TRT treatment. Blast only applies to those who are already on year round TRT.

Example:

Blast: 1 gm test c & 500 deca x 12 wks, 50 mg dbol x 1st 4 wks

Cruise: 250 test c x 12 wks then blast again

Yep cruise and blast,

Cruise: the amount of gear you run to keep your levels where you want

Blast: going above your cruise levels, usually to break a plateau either cutting or bulking.

They got you covered pretty much. Pretty much blast is to make big gains and cruise s to let ypur body take a beak from so much compounds.
