I got the nandrolone decanote today.
I found out that vit p5p (an active form of b6), zinc, vit e and mucuna prurine daily will help reduce prolactine.
I have read that the herb Ashwagandha can be effective in helping lower prolactin levels. A good sup usually will have the herbs and vitamins one needs for this very purpose.
i am sure it will help dirt but depending on how elevated your prolactin is i would still have some caber or prami at the ready. the cool thing about having npp and using that is you can drop it and it will clear out in a couple of days if you have issues unlike deca.
I do have prami and caber both on hand. I know npp clears the body fast, I have done a lot of research on deca and know what to look for as far as sides. It is so mild in sides I am ready.
Hey Dirt, The best otc Would be Prolactrone from BLR. We work with a guy who is on caber clinically for a tumor on his pituitary and he uses prolactrone instead of the caber because of the side effects. ' He has to be on this yr round' So the prolactrone is more friendly in that aspect. But he is just fine now, everyones physiology is different but this would be your best shot in my opinion.

damn i forgot about that one slin. i have heard some really great feedback on that one as well
I was thinking about prolactrone but didn't mention it because of dw's recent health issues. With anything though, it is always wise to check for drug contraindications
My first pin of deca will be saturday. I would start a log but it is a long ester so it will have nothing to report for a while.
My goal is to have 20# to 30# of lean mass in 20 weeks on 300mg of deca and 500mg of test.
I have been trying a recomp but the fat is coming off nicely but lean gain is tuff.
Total test is 1100 and E2 is 30. BF is between 11.5% and 12%

It does along the other supps I listed in post 1. I have caber and prami in case the supps do not work as well as I like. I will try the natural way first.
I am going to change my macro slightly for more protein and less carbs too.

Great Point, Baby1. I forgot about the interactions of the Levodopa.
