  • what to take so i don't lose gains?

    Is it true that if I'm on a 12 week cycle at the end i should take 12 weeks off, and if so what do i take during this time off so i don't lose everything.

    15000 iu of hcg and clomid. keep eating all you can

      time on=time off...everyone will say get you some clomid for post recovery, keep diet at same level, training about the same, plenty of rest...Why didn't you get your post before?

          not many, but it is a good rule of thumb for beginners to use.

          actually, you should take off 15 weeks. You want to include your time you are on clomid as well.


          Of course I don't use this rule!!

                HCG stimulates production of testosterone in the testes; therefore it is good for post cycle. it not really a steroid but instead a natural protein hormone found in pregnant womens placentas. i think they get it from womens urine ... YUMMY

                    clomid post 300 1st day 100 10days 50 days and I would stick with a high protein diet and creatine so u dont lose much strength and size.

                        day1 300mg
                        day2-11 100mg
                        day12-21 50mg.
