1) yes u can split the shots... two shots a week.. or you can take every thing in one day.. but if u do 2 shots u got more to look forward 2 also, your test will be more stable..

2) up 2 u again if u wana do anti e durin cycle or not... do more reaserach.. read FAQs that'll asnwer alota things for u bro

i dont like sust. Having lumps in my ass only hinders my workouts. Test enth for me. also i wouldnt advise Deca only cycle.I did one and crashed hard coming off.
