If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
The lack of up and down is nice. For people just wanting to maintain a nice level the stuff is great. It would be hard to use prepping for a show or other aspects of bodybuilding but for guys like me who like where they are but want to maintain and keep training hard this stuff rocks. Very little to think about and plan out.
