I agree, why is it always more sore in the quad area? I always hit the outter muscle about halfway between my knee and hips and its always sore for about four days. Its not that painful just a dull aching thats really annoying more than anything else.
I love glutes and delts the most. I havent done biceps or chest yet. I dont think ill ever try calves..

Quads are usually ok for me. Had PIP maybe once. Calves have always worked well too. Last time I pinned my glutes I got a huge knot and could barely drive. MM had a good laugh at my big ass trying to get into a Honda Civic with some wicked pip going on... Probably took me a good five minutes. LolThere is no hunting like the hunting of man, and those who have hunted armed men long enough and liked it, never care for anything else thereafter.Comment

I'm im using a sust400 and did a quad shot Wednesday night, did legs Thursday Mornjng and it wasn't bad and then yesterday it started knotting. Today it's stiff and sore and a tiny bit hot. I started taking 1000mgs of amoxicillin today and also 800mhs ibuprofen 2x day. I had to lift myself to get it in my car. Not fun.Comment

I'm not sure. Just 1cc in the quad is killer but I can do 2cc plus 250 of deca in the delt and while it is still swollen and red and tight but it is much more tolerable there. No fever or flu symptoms luckily. It's weird that it takes almost 24-36 hours to start to bother me. I would think if it was high ba content it would hurt right away. Maybe a solvent I'm allergic to? I usually never have any issues so when I was in the hospitial I had a choice quad or but and since I couldn't move well I said quad what a mistake. She stabbed me and hit my nerve with not one but 2 shots I could barely walk for a week and could still feel it weeks later.Comment

Even my knee cap area is swollen and I did the shot just beyond half way point on outer quad and towards topside. I will say I woke up thisorning with a little less stiffness though.Comment

For my cardio warm up today I did the recumbent bike and it seemed to have loosened things up even more. I figured it was worth mentioning since it helped me today.Comment

Been there brother. Had the worst from a tren/mast/prop mix. Couldn't walk right for 2 weeks. Glutes after that, unfortunately.Comment

Quads are tough for me . I used to hate pinning them and stopped it all together at one point !!!
But found that if I spread out the gear on pin days and pin only 1cc in my quad it's not as bad !!!
Just recently I pinned 1cc of Test 500 and couldn't walk good for about a week !!! Fuck that shit !!! Only 1cc and I'm good from now on !!!
I mean , u have to expect PIP , and I'm not new to it but when it gets to that point where it hurts to much to hit up the gym , then u gotta think of better ways !!!Comment
