      Oh another thing is, the muscle thats sore feels extremely swollen and its very thick and hard. Its not very movable or massagable if that makes sense. Ive never had this happen before but its slowly going away so i just hope this doesnt happen again.

        I pinned quads once and the same thing happened. Glutes all the way for me....

              the main is gone now thankfully. And now shooting quads is one of my most favorite places to shoot. It doesn't get sore anymore!!

                Can't see the redness...too much hair lol. Enjoy the self inflicted pain brother, isn't that part of the rush? You will be fine...go do 100 bodyweight squats to pull some blood into the muscle and help the hormone dissipate, foam roll it, and quad stretch...it will feel much better tomorrow, but keep repeating.
