first cycle in 1994 while active duty, then didn't again til 1996-1997, then got serious doing them in 2007 pretty much nonstop since

Since 1986! I guess I was a beta tester for Fina, lol First great site_ gotfina and from there, progressed to this great site. I've learned a ton and had many opportunities come my way because I became more interested in education and health as I'm now in my early 50's. Still living large and on "cruise" for a bit.

Since 1986! I guess I was a beta tester for Fina, lol First great site_ gotfina and from there, progressed to this great site. I've learned a ton and had many opportunities come my way because I became more interested in education and health as I'm now in my early 50's. Still living large and on "cruise" for a bit.

I remember got fina I was a member there made a lot of pellet brew back n the day

I fell in love with weightlifting when i took the class in high school, the pump i felt was amazing pretty much arnold explained it the best, like coming with a woman. I was such a bean pole i was 6'2 and 155lbs. For the longest time i was overtraining and had no idea what the hell i was doing. Im glad i found these forums years ago because the vets there set me straight on how to lift and about diet..

16 years heard about creatine researched the hell out of it and had to beg to get my parents to let me buy it and use it.after blowing up I was hooked forever with the bbing lifestyle
