I've still never pinned my tri's .. I would like too but I just can't seem to find an comfortable way to reach them.. Wifey is a sissy when it comes to doing it.. Lol she gets light headed watching me do it to myself..

I go glutes and delts and thats it. Ive hit quads before but always leaves me feeling like I got hit with a hammer...I hear about you guys shooting traps and pec and biceps..good gawd! lolComment

Yeah always heat up the oil. I like using slin pins and love putting them all over for spot injects. Warm up the whole vial with a lighter to get it running fast and pin it. Wait for it to cool down if its hot in the syringe though. I always wait 5 minutes or so before i pin it just in case.Comment

I'll pin quads, delts, glute, and now tris after MM talked me into it. I'll probably end up doing a calf pin this week...
