When the weather is right, I perfer wind sprints. Seems to burn fat without too much muscle loss and is a needed change from the gym.

    Mtbkng is another good one.

As you can see I try to avoid the monotinous cardio that people have to make themselves do in the gym.

If you enjoy, it makes it alot easier to stick with it.

I prefer to masturbate but don't forget to switch arms.

My right bicep is 21inch and my left is 15inches. Trying to play catch up now.

I prefer to do laps around my gym with the 150lb dumbells.

I like everybody else prefer NO CARDIO, but unfortunatly I have to do 30 minutes a day (heart health). That being said, I do low intensity tread mill, around 4 mph at a 5% incline. I have found that to be most muscle sparring, while still dropping bf.

It get pretty boring, but it is just one of those things where there is no alternative for me.

If available, swimming is great. I currently alternate between treadmill, stationary bike and the girly glide. 30 mins a day.

Run a mile at 10 mph - takes about six minutes to warm up. A bit of stretching then crank the treadmill up to full speed and do one minute on one minute off ten times. Great session and takes less than 30 minutes.

It's funny that you mention this because a buddy of mine and I were just talking about thias at the gym yesterday. As soon as Spring hits........we want to start doing the Sprints.

How many do you do (and how much time in between)?

I just grab a book and do 45 min @ low-intensity on the treadmill.
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.
