TRT, Sust and DECA dosing?

Currently cruising on TRT 200 a week. I was thinking of running sust at 300 twice a week with a little DECA for joint comfort.
Last year I ran 200 TRT, with an additional 300 test and 150 DECA a week and had good results. Managed to keep most of my gains, would like to get that intensity back and put some size back on.
Any advise would be appreciated.

If it were me I would take my 200mg TRT dose weekly along with the deca. Then I would shoot the sust 300 eod at 150mg or .5 cc eod. Blood levels will be more stable if you shoot sust eod. That'll give ya a total of 725 test a week along with whatever deca dose you'll be running.

What esters are in your sust... I typically run it twice a week no guys that run it once

I say this because U are already cruising i never run sust alone because the two short esters but since test is already built up in your system this is my logic if u just starting that low amount of the two short esters would b wasted unless pinned ed

I was also using a sust 400 if there is such a thing
