    Re: AAS and Women

Test at the low doses has not made me look manly. Sure a little hair and much better sex life.

      Re: AAS and Women

I got a question: Several women we know have a doctor that put them on Progesterone and call it bio-identical. Doesn't Progesterone turn into Testosterone.

So guns, have you seen women in theis age group run something for that purposer alone? If so, what have you seen to be a success for some?

Progesterone is a very important hormone for women and for hrt, women should take both estrogen and progesterone. Testsoterone is also important for the ladies but as you know, not abundant in most women unless they have something like PCOS. All 3 hormones should be in balnce to reallt feel good and for true hrt when women get older.

When anyone of these 3 hormones are off balance, it can cause problems. This is why there are so many symptoms when women are going through peri- menopause or already in menopause

i know a couple older ladies that i still competing in their late 40s and early 50s that run super super low dose test at about 20mg per wk. i also know another lady that is in her late 50s that jumped on when she started going through menopause. she was also a competitor a long long time ago. ok, since i am not a doctor nor did i make any of these suggestions and i was just assisting in training and dieting (because i would never suggest to a lady to run test or anything that androgenic). this is and was done completely on their own. so what i saw and they told me is that once they went on and it leveled out in their systems they felt better both physically and mentally, they regained their sex drives, they actually added a bit of lean mass on, the one lady's depression went away and the other 2 lady's moods improved. that's just from what they told me from their experience. now i didnt see any voice changes, body hair increase and no hair failing out. they all 3 could pass to be in their late 30s at most to me.
i also know of another lady in her 40s that swindled her doc into putting her on test. now i really dont associate with her that much cause she is arrogant and i cant stand to be around her but she explained a little of what it did when i got duped into a convo with her. she said the same things the other ladies had been saying but she was also pushing the dose way above the doc's rec and trying to break some power lifting records. so i really didnt give much salt to what she had to say or talk about

exactly, you take it and it is hard on your joints not to mention you are sick so you are taking it but it seriously suppresses your immune system. i have some also and unless i am about to kill over, not happening
