glute injection question

I think I might have went a bit low and not injected correctly . followed protocol, aspirated got no blood and shot. everything was fine but 4 hours later a little pip started and by night time my entire ass cheek was in pain and felt like I was sitting on a hugh wallet. its day 4 now and there is no redness nor swelling im not running a fever or suffering night sweats would show signs of possible infection however my ass is still sore as hell.

anyone recognize these signs or suffered them before. the cheek is still a bit stiff to the touch and feels like a bruise would if you pushed on it. how long should I wait it out before I should seek possible medical advise. ive had pip before but never anything like this, it reminds me of the stories ive read about high ba content or types of oil used. it was only 1/2 cc of test e that was used at the site also

what size was the pin and are you sure you went all the way in with the pin. a few years ago i used a 23g 1inch pin for my glute and the oil was sitting on top of the muscle i went to the doc and just said i didnt pin it deep enough

1 1/2 25g buried it or atleast it looked buried from the mirror. deffinately is a lot lower than it should of been.. I had a buddy look at it and he agreed it should of been about an inch or so higher. he thinks I could of hit a nerve but I didn't feel anything out of the ordinary

My guess is that you are fine. Maybe you nicked something but it should heal up. I have had my share of those kinds of things over the years. I dont think it is anything serious.
The worst case when my arm swelled up and got red/hot for about a week. I finally took a bottle of protolytic enzyme tabs in one day and it cleared up.

protolytic enzymes.. huh vitacost has them but would hit up a local source today if you think it would somehow reduce the pain. the good part is I no longer feel like im sitting on a hugh wallet nor is it the entire cheek that feels discomfort, only the general injection site so I know that some of the inflammation has gone away just extremely uncomfortable and because its there I think about it

Sounds like its going to be okay. If it is improving, thats a good sign. Yes, I took a whole bottle of 30 or so wobenzyme tabs in a 24 hour period,and it totally knocked it out. Im sure there are other brands that would work for you.
My arm was bad. I was real worried about it, but it healed up.
I shot my delt and it was red, swollen and hot clear down to my elbow. Freaked me out LOL

i hit a little low sometimes and get a nerve it hurts up to a week then goes away if you have no fever your fine

do you ice or heat it. I have been trying a bit of both at different times not sure if its helping or not.lol

Probably can do both now. The first 48 hours of inflammation, go with ice only...then alternate ice heat after that

If its still swollen and puffy, probably safe to stay with ice

I had that happen with a quad shot. Pinned just like always, and with the same bottle I had been using, but my quad was huge and hard as hell. I missed a days work cause I couldn't walk. It took like 2 weeks but it did get better. If no redness or swelling you should be fine. Just part of the game I guess.

Have you pinned this compound before without any pip? Are you new to glute shots? anytime i pin a virgin muscle, i seem to get a bit of pip.
Sounds like you will be fine. If there was infection, it would be red and warm to the touch.

new to this particular brand but not glute shots in general. been a few months since I have hit it but virgin its not. I gave a bottle away to a friend hes gonna give it a shot if alls well with me in a week or two . prolly am gonna wait until I feel 100% before I indulge again as to not complicate anything that might be going on with me. this was by all means the worst shot ive had ever in the years ive been doing this that's why I brought it.

no i just take two 300 mg asprin and push on
