  • New cut.. TestE/MAST starts soon

    So I just received my TestE and MAST plust 1mg Arimidex orals and Clomid 50mg orals, thinking of running 300/300wk 100/100 EOD for 12 weeks, i also have 2 5000iu of HCG for middle and end of cycle. Any thoughts, questions or comments before i start this run? Perhaps some guidance on the HCG on how much and when to administer? I have read mixed reviews on this cyc and how much to take and of what so I said why not ask the guys here at home on FG.

    Little run down, I started back to the gym in December after taking a long break from solid training for about 2 years, 3 weeks ago i either had a small deep muscle tear or pinched nerve in my right hip/lower back and just now getting around to making my way back to the gym this week and planned on starting my cycle but before i do i wanted to get some opinions on it. I am 32yrs old 5'7" 176lb and proably if i had to guess 20-25% body fat maybe a little less, i started a real clean diet in january and leaned out a little an started seeing some lines around the waist line and lower abdominals but in 3 weeks of not hitting the gym i gained that shit back so its gotta go! Also if anyone reccommends any other say peptides or agents to run safely on this cyc i would be willing to try. Last cyc i ran was 3 years ago, 500mgs split of testE for 15 wks.

    with the mast you may want to diet and do cardio to get your bf down to see best results so you get more bang for the buck with mast or if your dead on to start now test and mast combo will help retian your muscle concentrate on your diet that is key to any bulk or cutting cycle cardio in the am fasting is the best way to cut your bf down quickley

      I think i made the correction, testP instead of E and mast dp, looking to edit thread title. sorry for the confusion

              just pinned my first round yesterday, glute hurts like a MOFO today!!!! i felt pretty fing good but a little sore from the workout last night. I hurt my back several weeks ago and not sure exactly if it was a small muscle tear or if its a pinched nerve but about 2 hours after i pinned i stretched around a little and the pain eased up, but its back now!! so the w/o plan is lighter weight and REP REP REP!!!!!!! im gonna weigh in and take some progress photos today and continue for the next 12 weeks with updates! do you have a link to any T-3 info, never used it but if i can safely stack whatever to rid myself of this spare tire i been carrying ASAP! I diet clean for the most part but for the cycle I will be veggies and lean meat and protein shakes no breads (well maybe a slice). I know none of the chemicals are miracle drugs as I have to put in all the hard work, but with slight limited mobility for certain full body weight lifting and squats/leg press/deads ect ect i can really only focus on upper body and treadmill.... which everything above the waist needs the most work lmao!

                  would be curious seeing your current state pics...

                  A. Fasted Cardio first thing in the morning
                  B. Protein at least 40% of calories
                  C. The other 60% ideally is best to rotate..days u sit on ur ass do more fat less carbs...days u workout hard or do more activity do higher carbs.
                  D. Carbs should come from only low glycemic carbs (slow cooked oats, brown rice, sweet potato, potato, veggies, quinoa, Ezekiel bread, etc.)
                  E. Stick to cut stacks and other lower aromatizing products.
                  F. Your strength training vary the rep schemes...do heavy weight for low reps 4-6. with some hypertrophy work 8-12, along with high reps to raise growth hormones levels 15-20 reps.
                  G. For lower body if you have limited mobility maybe think about doing static holds like wall holds or lowering down on a leg press, hack squat, or squat and just keep tension on the muscle...again im not sure how bad your mobility issues are...

                  I'm sure you already know this crap...but this does cover the bases I think. just my 2 cents...or 1 cent lol

                    week 1 40mcg ed
                    week 2 80 mcg ed
                    week 3 120 mcg ed
                    week 4-8 160 mcg ed
