So, are you 16 weeks out now? Whatever the case is IMO I would not be bulking with any real
zest in the next 4 weeks. You just have to turn right around and diet it off. No new muscle will
hold on your frame in that short time.
So, if you are going to drop 16 to 18#. You best get started sooner then later. Again I don't know the
show date. Set a goal to drop 1.5# a week. At first that will be easy. That will change. I won't say more
About what to lose until I know the dates. For that matter your prep guy should be telling you where you need to be.

1-16 proviron 100mg
1-8 anavar 100mg
10-16 winny+halotestin
aromasin 12.5mg EOD and 25mg ED close to contest
4-5iu HGH
I may add some clean+T3, but I need to research them more.
Still at 208. Cardio has been nill and diet has been very loose because of traveling. Hoping to dig in and tighten shit up fast. Feel like I've made to much progress to fucking fuck this up now.
