  • Looking for a boost

    42 yrs old

Been training 6 days/wk and using protein and supplements and eating clean for 15 years

Seemed to hit a wall 2 years ago where gains became difficult but pressed on

Blew my ACL and had it fixed 6 mos ago......now I am climbing out of a hole....no where near the physical shape I was pre-op and in spite of best attempts to eat well got fat.

Need a boost....want to add lean mass and drop weight. Would like to stay away from needles....recommendations for a cycle or supplement or ?

Finally back to training hard and want to maximize my gym time

I think most of the vets on here would tell you to dial your diet and workout programs in. Get as lean and in shape as you possibly can through a good diet and workout regimen, then consider cycles. As far as supplements go I stick to the basics: protein, creatine, pre-workout supplement like NO explode, and glutamine and multivitamins.

I've had surgery on my left knee and a rod and pin in my right leg among other things. Do what gusto said above, you want alot of protein to help your body recover from a serious injury.

Supplements you probably want to stay away from anything hardcore for a while imo.

There are both beneficial AAS and supplements with what you are going through....If you truly have your heart set on cycling, injectables will yield the greatest results...I rarely recommend oral-only cycles...

Now, I put on a great deal of size with proper diet...remember, bodies are truly made in the kitchen lol...Which supps are you currently taking? I would get a good mass gainer, like Mass Tech, some good BCAA's, etc...I get great results off of supplements alone!

Orals would be more dangerous than most injectables for you right now, with the fast strength increase or drying out you're joints.

Which supps, Animal, do you think can yield the best results without AAS?! I am trying to think of some specific ones...I know that a good quality weight gainer, maybe an additional protein to take when you don't want all the carbs from the weight gainer...BCAAs...Creatine....maybe a good NO2 supplement to help vaso-dialation...

              Re: Looking for a boost

I took a boat load of fish oil, Aminos, creatine, calcium and zma or anything that aids your sleep and boosts gh production to help heal.

If you arent back to 100% eat very very clean, thats where I messed up I gained some fat and am still trying to lose it.

Always been very leery of any oral only cycle even to bridge/coast.
You may not recognize your mom when you get home, I shaved her back.
