Piana is one of my favorites... He has multiple interviews like this one... He don't lie and tells all... Met him last year .. Seems like a really down to earth guy

Say what you will, right or wrong, it's nice to have open honest non fearful discussion like this. I know a lot of pros, and even with our friendship they are so used to fibbing or straight out lying that I have to constantly remind them they are talking to a god friend.

I think we get conditioned cause AAS is so "bad" society and pros get even worse!

Oh and all that being said I've always felt igf sold by pep companies is crap, most likely insulin or a pep or massively diluted so I agree with him 100% on that.

Yup totally agree, I gave igf lr3 and Des from different companies some real good trial runs and couldnt see much result at all.
Ghrp's and ghrh's I did notice a difference though.

as a pro who competes i can see why you would lie. if you admit to using then people will know the supps your "using" didnt make you that way. vbut if you dont compete and shit like rich i think honesty is great

i personally dont care to much for rich at all. if you watch or read some of his honesty it changes every time he talks about it. that drives me nuts. if i were a top tier athlete doing things and getting results i damn sure wouldnt be telling my secrets. even if they are legal or not

you got a piont and yes his storys always seem to change here and there. ive also found hes not always correct. his video on HCG is not very true at all.

Oh he's definitely all over the place!!! I guess the forum of just speaking out loud is what's cool. Everyone is responsible for their own decisions and actions. He's definitely said a lot I don't agree with...and he's full of shit about cibg off for half the year like he's claimed in other videos.
