    Gugullsterones(sp?) i belive increase t4 to t3 conversion, so if you upped the synthroid dose, you may want to try gugguls. Fonz knows more about this, may want to PM him.

      always when in doubt talk to a professional, several until someone explains it in common sesne language you can understand.

      having said that, Big Guns at Mass Monsters is on T-3 for live, pretty sure his thryoid was removed due to radiation in the army.

      go over to mass monsters and PM him, he should be of great help

      good job looking out for sis, and as always like you don't know, diet and training have to right first before any supp is going to work

      thinking out loud ... it's a tough one because SHE AIN'T THINKING, ONLY YOU ARE...AND THAT'S A TOUGH PLACE TO BE, LOL

          I would skip the synthroid if it's t4 and go for t3. Hell, that shit is dirt cheap and you don't have to worry about conversion or anything.

            Thinking out loud....I'd say leave the T4(synthroid) alone and just think of it as her body's natural level. Add small amounts of T3, say 12.5mcg/day for a week then move up to 25mcg/day and see what happens. There is one difference though...a normal body's reaction to exogenic levels of thyroid hormone cause the body to respond with a lower output (but not a zero output) of natural levels. So, since she is on an artificial source, her total levels will be higher than someone with a normal active thyroid. ...at least that's the way I theorize it. Bottom line...be cautious on ramping up! BTW, any legit doctor will tell you NOT to do this...too much liability at steak.
