Take probiotics with anavar

In my reading about Anavar, I have come across many people saying this it upsets their stomachs. So I read further in to and Anavar can mess with the gut's "good" bacteria hence why people get bloat, reflux pain, etc. To help combat the loss of the good bacteria, sounds to me like taking a daily probiotic while running var would be a good idea. Now I do believe that many things mess with our gut bacteria so I think that a probiotic should be on everyones list of daily supps. I also eat a cup of nonfat plain Greek yogurt daily, to help my digestive system and as a bonus, it contains 23 grams of protein too.

Anybody body taking a oral sound use probiotics and digestive enzymes, since orals hinder liver function and your liver produces all the chemicals our bodies use to digest food. Also for anybody that has gall bladder problems as well, the gall bladder stores these enzymes and chemicals for the liver and concentrates them to be used by the intestines.

It me major heartburn if I don't eat a good meal with it. With var and proviron together food doesn't help. I have to take a delayed release antacid. :'(

Antacids do nothing for me but sometimes make things worse. Probiotics, occasional apple cider vinegar and aloe juice have khelped my tummy issues better then antacids ever did

I used to take probiotics religiously up to about 2 months ago. I ran out around the same time I moved to Texas and somehow never picked anymore up. I have used them for 8+years when I learned about them in my nutrition class in college.

Not sure how I let then slip through the cracks. I am going to get some tonight and front load them for a couple of days then discontinue the prilosec and see if it helps.

I used to take probiotics religiously up to about 2 months ago. I ran out around the same time I moved to Texas and somehow never picked anymore up. I have used them for 8+years when I learned about them in my nutrition class in college.

lol, I believe it is always good to take a break from things. I have taken breaks from them to before. What brand do you prefer? Do you ever take Digestive enzymes?

I typically use an 8 strain probiotic. Sometimes it has digestive enzymes included sometimes not, depending on the brand. I usually get then from Walmart, Walgreen's, GNC, sometimes.

I like to take breaks from certain things at times, but probiotics shouldn't have been one, I still have my EFA's left.

No doubt ma'am. If you can't process the food you eat, you are secretly malnourished. You become nutrient deficient. Now the biggest problem is ask the toxic gas production that shortly poisons you from the inside. Can you say all kinds of cancer. Your skin complexion suffers quickly from the toxic gases. That's just a small amount of issues that someone can suffer from bad bacteria balance. The bacteria that love the absence of acidophilus are the anaerobes like botulism and salmonella.

Don't forget about betaine hcl. Works wonders to aid in digestive and also helps with acid reflux.

I use this line of products and have been very happy with them. This one in particular is great for heartburn:

I have used their probiotics, enzymes, fiber and Cleansemore. I discovered that I cannot used product high in papain as it swells my tongue. The other line I use is Enzymedica, which is a bit higher in price but also good. I still have a A ClenaseSmart kit sitting in my cabinet that I havent used yet.

I'm a big fiber fan also and let's not forget don't overcook your red meat!! Train wreck for the colon!! Train wreck full of toxic gases!!
