I like to sit on the couch with my leg at about a 45 degree angle. with the cushion under my leg, relaxed, it makes a big target of relaxed muscle to hit. I used to just do quads, but I'm using glute and delt more now, you aren't hiting the same leg, same spot every time, are you?

Here's a few more thoughts...some remote, but worth asking anyhow...
-How many times have you injected in your quads? If this is new for you, I'd say just deal with it for now and it'll get less and less as you go on.
-What are you injecting? Your gear could have a high BA content that is causing a localized reaction (swelling which causes pain).
-Are you letting the alcohol dry on your vial top before you fill your syringe? Are you letting the alcohol dry on your leg before you jab?
-Are you holding still and relaxed while you inject? If you move the needle around while you push in on the plunger, you'll do more damage to the muscle tissue there.
-Is your gear cool or cold? Do you warm it up under a faucet before injecting? I really don't mess with this anymore on quads, but I do warm my stuff up before doing spot injections in bis, tris, or delts. If your quads aren't used to this, maybe try this.
...hmm...all I can think of now that's caused me pain in the past. HOpe that helps out.

I don't know what my F*ing deal is, everytime I inject in my quads I walk with a limp for 5 days.
It doesn't hurt at all going in but after that I have a nagging pain. It even drops down closer to my knee as time goes on. Im walking with a major limp right now 3 days later. Is that normal? Im using 25 gauge 1.5 and I am trying to leave a half inch but as I push the plunger in some times it sinks deeper, never all the way but if I am not careful it comes close. I am off to the side at about a 45 degree angle and half way between my knee and hip.
Any suggestions?
Gunz...
maybe it's time to switch the sites for a bit...
