  • Whats my problem?

I don't know what my F*ing deal is, everytime I inject in my quads I walk with a limp for 5 days.
It doesn't hurt at all going in but after that I have a nagging pain. It even drops down closer to my knee as time goes on. Im walking with a major limp right now 3 days later. Is that normal? Im using 25 gauge 1.5 and I am trying to leave a half inch but as I push the plunger in some times it sinks deeper, never all the way but if I am not careful it comes close. I am off to the side at about a 45 degree angle and half way between my knee and hip.

    Any suggestions?

are you flexing the muscle when you inject? make sure you are relaxed. the first time i injected in my quad i was flexing to make sure i was injecting into the right spot....big mistake. i was in soo much pain for days.

Right now Im just doing 2ML. 400MG of Test and 300MG of Deca twice a week... but soon Im adding winny/EQ/Tren and Prop... So I can't jab my @ss every day. I will try up higher and off to the side a little more. I flex before so I can see the muscle I am going in to but try my best to relax going in. Any other thoughts.

are you shooting while sitting down? is your leg stretched out? or knee bent?

I've been shooting in my quads also and I am having the same pain.
                      Not as bad though.
I injected my right quad on monday and it still hurts, especially when I put pressure on it. I did my left quad on wed and it's fine, but I do feel it a tiny bit from the injection site down to the knee.

                      It's nothing to worry about.
                      It's just friggin aggrivating.

Near the very top of my quad, close to my hip, i feel the least pain afterwards.

I have my leg straight, not bet more than a couple of degrees. Is that right?

That pressure thing is true. I did chest today and when I put the DB's on my legs before laying back it was dam near unbearable.

Why do some people have so much pain with quads. I want to start using quads but not if it's gonna hurt for days afterwards.

I sit down and keep my leg at a 90-degree angle.
