hey guys i havent bulked in awhile b/c i got so bulky for years but i cut down to 195 lbs and 4 percent b.f. this summer so im in desperate need of a good bulk. I stay paranoid of my hair receding though and was wondering if i start finastride 3 weeks prior and run test E 500-600 mg and possibly EQ 300-400 mg a week for 12 weeks what my chances would be of my hair receding any? if finastride blocks dht, is there any specific time one would wanna run it, or do ppl stay on it even after cycles?
Does male pattern baldness run in the family? It doesn't in mine, knock on wood, and I have never had problems running test e and eq in the past even without finastride..I will ask around more and find out but my gut tells me you will be ok
However, I read that .5mg ed of finastride will help minimize the hairloss effects...if you go too high it can block some of the strength and size gains....but this is just from what I read, I do not have actual experience with it....
I know that it can help with prostate health...and it seems to only work on MPB (male pattern baldness)...now this is just from what I read, not necessarily the overall truth!

My father has MPB, 2/3 of my uncles on my mothers side do not, and one on my mothers side does. Im not worried about diminishing strength gains if it ensures me that I will not have to worry about hurting my hairline lol. I have ran test a couple years ago but for the past couple years have did primo and var b/c i have good enough genetics to gain muscle easily and I stay concerned about doing enough AAS to lose my hair. Any thoughts, esp scientific thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
bro if its gonna go its gonna go no matter what you do. at best you might pro long the inevitable ( if your genetically prone to MPB) it sucks but its the truth. on the bright side hair implants have came a long way if you have the means to go that way. this is just my opinion though and i hope it works for you. keep us posted on your results

I know bro, im aware but i have been an AAS user for years and want to prolong it as long as possible if you know what im sayin, and if im goin to do test I was wondering if anyone could say for sure if finastride would be worth the money to block DHT conversion and really work.

it definitely does work, according to all the studies I have been reading...it won't necessarily reverse any effects that have already occurred, but it will HELP prevent any further loss...apparently only with test though, so you are correct in your choice for sure...I'll keep diggin for scientific articles for you brother!
