Hey Fellas. Ive been using AAS for about 8 years, still love it. This is probably going to be a question for those that have as much or more experience than I. Anyway Ive been having some issues injecting into my delts lately and have since switched back to glute and occasional quad injects (hate those, I have a shit load of nerve endings there).
The issue is that even with emense pressure the plunger will barely budge. mainly in my left delt. Ive always tried my best to rotate spots but convienence has led to my delts being hit significantly more than other areas. Im assuming this is scare tissue. Its really the center head thats the worst. If I move around the delt and hit another spot its quite a bit easier but nothing like it used to be 2 years ago.
Anyone got any info on this or know a way to relieve this?
