Well im pretty lean as it is i got abs and such........just wanna make my muscles pop and gain some weight. My diet will be stuff my face with as many protein as i can get and carbs i dotn have fate problems im a hard gainer type.
I like to run tren real high and test real low. I read through this and now I'm confused. Good luck with whatever you decide. You and rnix gonna run a log if this comp??
K im 25 years of age cycled a bunch but didnt take them seriously.....but i wanna be serious this cycle is gunna be 20 weeks. Im 5`8 not sure my weight i stopped lifting due to an arm wrestle injury (i know im a dumb ass) my heaviest i been was 175-180lbs of muscle 0 fat. I am ripped all the time. i feel as if im 165 right night as i havent lifted in 3-4 months cause i dont wanna **** my arm up nemore. But im ready and healed now and i wanna hit it hard and get that boost back to where i left off.........
I have a trainer and rnix is useing the same (online one) Rnix knows him personally i dont i just send him a **** ton of gear i sponsor him. So he will be doing my diet but i wanna eat my face off though, and training plan. He can also do the drugs part but just wanna hear what u guys recommend and such.

All i got to say is more is not always better. I don't know how strong you are but, if 180 is your heaviest you won't need anything but dbol test and eq to grow, tren and anadrol and stronger stuff like that is better to save for later in the game.
Unless you have already done a bunch of cycles at that weight you won't need a very high dose. At that weight all i took was 30mg of dbol ed for 4 weeks and 400mg test for 10 weeks.
My goal is to become a monster! I want to get thicker and bigger so get bigger no cutting not at stage that i need to cut. Also im very sensitive to gyno. But guys rnix will be running this aswell......think its gunna be the following: Omnadren 1 g eq 800 dbol 50mgs and finish off with var at 100mgs nolva ? should rnix and i add proviron ??

Thank you for the backround, Sounds like you're just getting started back up after your injury? If so we need to stray away from tren this time around my man. Here is what I think you should do, You have a lot of room to grow, and really do not need a ton to get there. I know you say you want to cut, but you have stated multiple time you are lean already, so maybe a lean bulk/recomp type cycle will do well for you.
Since the cycle is 20 weeks, you should do one of the following, Ill also layout some macro guidelines for you to go along with the cycle. Unfortunately since "ripped" isn't a BF% Im going to assume your 11-12% with my macro recommendations.
The Cycle's
1-20 Omnas - 750/wk - 1 ml - Mon/Wed/Fri 1-19 EQ 600/wk - 1ml - Mon/Wed/Fri 1-6 dbol 30mg/ed 13-21 Var 75mg/ed 1-20 25mg - Proviron/ed (Optional) or 1-20 Mast E 400mg/wk ( Optional ) 1-PCT Aromasin 12.5 - 25mg/ed
Workout Days - stick to lean meats, yogurt, veggies, and R.P.P ( Rice Potatoes Pasta ) Any fats you get this day should be incidental fats from your meals, But supplying natural peanut butter or Almond Butter, will help you hit your fat intake for the day if you don't think your going to hit it. All fat intake should be good fats.
Non Workout Days - Avoid starches like the plague, Any carbs you get on this day should be incidental from your fruits and veggies, Fish, Nuts, Olive Oil, Cottage Cheese, are you friend this day to have healthy fats and protein. Again all fats should be good fats, try to avoid any saturated or trans fat.
For every 10lbs of lean mass you gain, increase each macro profile by (ie, Protein/Carb/Fat - Values) by 5-7%
