Libido going down

So I have a buddy who has been on gear for around a year straight now. I have told him numerous times to cycle on and off.

His current cycle is 600mg of test cyp a week and that is all.

Anyways he called me up today and said he was having libido issues. I got the impression he can do it once but after that "it" is done for the day. I thought this was unusual being on only testosterone.

His previous cycle was cut stack (300mg week) combined with test 300 (300mg week).

He is freaking out and I really didnt know what to tell the guy other than it may be from doing such a long cycle, although I have friends who stay on year round and have no libido issues.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

How old is he? If he is a younger guy, Id have him come off. HCG and Clom. If he is 40+, drop down to 200 a week and cruise, kick start the cruise with some Clom, and add in some Prov.

Im 46 and have no problem with sex and hard ons.But I yake a cialis every day.We would need his age.Ive been on for many years straight and ive always been horny.Is he norny but cant get a hard on or just no sex drive at all.A blood test to really see where his levels are would be nice

Great add FUZO, blood test all the way! FUZO, your taking C every day. I recently tried some. took it on a Friday night, lasting effects till about Tuesday. Boners like they were taped to my belly, hahaha!

Estro could be high. I'm assuming he isn't using an AI. If he is on an AI, low estrogen levels will also dramatically reduce libido. What was he running prior to running just cyp at 600mg? Any 19 nors?

Just saw where you said he ran a cut stack. Progesterone/prolactin could be out of whack from the tren.

i am going to bump off of pitt. it could be either high or low estro either one can cause this and or the prolactin. bloods are really the only way to tell though

He is pretty young. Late 20s. Close to 30 years old.

I was wondering if the cutstack that he did previous to this one could have affected him (tren/progesterone). However he has been off that stuff for around a month now and strictly test.

He is not on anti-es so I would say his estrogen may be elevated, however he has not complained about any other estrogen side effects.

I told him when he comes off he is going to have to do a hard restart. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I was thinking HCG 500iu MWF for 4-5 weeks combined with clomid and nolvadex.

Should I suggest him taking some anti-es and see what happens in the mean time?

A long time ago before he started I begged him to do labs to see where he was before he began but he did not listen to me, so I doubt he would get them done. I can bring that up again, but more than likely he will say no.

Im thinking that sexual libido/ed problems in 20s is more mental than physical. But maybe not.

If bloods can't or won't be done, I would start by adding in an AI. Try .5mg adex e3d. Or he could always try a traditional pct...like you listed. Another option is HMG. I'm on my phone or id post up some info. I've never used it personally, but have seen it work great for lots of guys.

May want to add in proviron. Something about that and it lowering SBGH is good for sex drive. Being on test too long can increase SBGH which is a bad thing.

for me it is stress...being self employed and having a job that requires constant brain sharpness and phyiscal readiness, add personal and family problems, kids, money...shoot my brains always ten billion directions. When I start letting it get out of control doesn't matter what I'm on the drive just isn't there...thank God for cialis !!!

like pitt said. he needs his psa level checked and estro checked. I'll bet both my nuts on it his estro is through the roof.
